Chemotherapy Support

Here are two DVD's that have been developed within Lancashire and South Cumbria for Chemotherapy Patients.

The first DVD is the FACTS - Pre-Chemotherapy DVD which is shown to patients and their carers prior to treatment and explains some of what may happen during Chemotherapy treatment. This DVD was made by a cross network team of nurses and was funded by The Rosemere Cancer Foundation and NW Innovate.

The second DVD was made by patients, carers and health care professionals at Blackpool and concentrates on the signs and symptoms of Neutropenic sepsis which all Chemotherapy patients and carers need to be aware of.
